A public hearing scheduled for June 27 at 7:30 p.m. will be the final opportunity for citizens to provide input on Victoria’s new Official Community Plan before Council considers it for adoption as a bylaw. As the Official Community Plan has now entered the formal adoption process, all comments will be provided directly to Council. There are three ways to provide feedback:

• Attend the public hearing
• Send an email to: publichearings@victoria.ca
• Mail written correspondence to Mayor and Council, #1 Centennial Square, Victoria,  BC V8W 1P6

Please note that all correspondence submitted to the City of Victoria in response to the Proposed Official Community Plan will form part of the public record and will be published in a meeting agenda when the plan is before Council.
