A key guiding force for the development of a new OCP is the draft Victoria Sustainability Framework (VSF). The VSF sets a 50-100 year vision for the City, providing direction for the OCP, which is a shorter term, more action-oriented plan. On March 11, 2010 Council approved in principle a set of VSF themes and goals, which will used to help provide a sustainability orientation for the OCP.
